It’s time, Broomheads, for your favorite Degrassi podcast, The Degrassi Every Episode Marathon Podcast, #DEEEMP!!! This was a really fun episode, but truth be told, a good portion of the podcast is (hopelessly) devoted to Pat’s mind being blown by the fact that Rachel has never heard the song “True Colors.” And both Alison Iraheta and Hailey Reinhart get some love as well. But we’re back and what an episode have we got for you! It’s the season-opening two-parter which, among other things, introduces us to Degrassi’s resident anti-hero, the one and only Craig Manning! Season one of Degrassi: The Next Generation has come to an end after 15 episodes (which are actually 14 episodes, though, because the first one was two parts) and boy, what a party it was! Ashley does Ecstasy, JT and Toby pretend to do Ecstasy, and the rest of the Grade 8 girls participate in the natural ecstasy of wearing 3D glasses! It’s a ride, y’all! We’re taking a week break, so get your #DEEEMP fix while the getting’s good and then spend the break listening to all the other ones again! Or probably just wait a week. It’ll be fine. Enjoy!

What’s up Broomheads, we’ve made it to the penultimate episode of Degrassi: The Next Generation’s first season. A season that has... not really gone there very much and this episode is no exception. Sean gets into a fight with Jimmy that can best be described as not very good, but Spinner damn near saves the whole episode with some sweet dribbling skills and a new found “Yes I Can” attitude. Oh! And the (not so) long awaited return of Ms. Kwan! There was lots to discuss, and discuss we did on #DEEEMP. Enjoy!
